🔴 Intermediate - In knowledge, you need Barre technique to get the most out of these classes
⚪️ Advanced - Knowledge & power, stamina / endurance
* COMBINATION classes combine alternating sequences from signature classes to create a focussed routine
Not sure where to start? We always suggest a ⚫️1st Barre, ⚫️1st / Open Barre or ⚫️ Barre Breakdown. After you have one or two of these under your belt start adding in some ◾️ESSENTIALS classes
