What it does: Stretch training. Flowing sequences, that teach essential muscle memory for effective stretching.
Dedicated to lengthening and strengthening this class targets the most common areas of restriction. Expect head, head, chest and shoulders, hips, hamstrings and spine mobility.
Designed to bring vital maintenance to your regime.
Who can take this class: suitable for everyone, once you have one or two 50/60 min barre classes under your belt absolutely start adding in any ESSENTIALS class. Your instructor will also guide you as to which they think you specifically need.
