Opening June 21st, 2025, the REcovery room is the newest facility to the studio.
This space is being designed as a dedicated area where you'll take the time your body needs for self guided wellness and recovery treatments.
Think red light, compression boots, massage guns and acupressure, it's all coming to the REcovery room.
🔳 Treatments are designed in 20 minute sessions
🔳 Booking is by reservation only
🔳 The REcovery room schedule will be available to book online/ via the app from the appointments section
🔳 You will be able to access time slots and select which treatment you want from there
🔳 The REcovery room schedule is designed to fit around class times to make your time in studio even more efficient and effective

How does booking work?
Once you have purchased access
→ head to the appointments tab in the app or online
→ choose your appointment (red bed, compression session etc)
→ choose your day / time
→ hit book!
Once your reservation is made you will receive an email with the password for your instructional videos.
