Get your Barre on and your pulse racing in our Power class that adds some serious cardiovascular punch! Playing it body safe as always, keeping exercises low to no-impact, this class will get you hot and sweaty in the best way possible!
You'll need the technique and knowledge you get in your Barre training so we can layer power and stamina into these set ups and body grips.
