Targets: FULL BODY: abdominals / back muscles / shoulder stabilisers / pelvic floor / quads / hip / knee stabilisers


What it does: Barre Breakdown is a 50 minute class, almost workshop in style still with a steady flow of any other Barre class. 


We select and curate signature exercises and break them down into the basic grips in more depth.  Suitable for all levels of Barre to get back into training or to continually refocus on form and the intention of each exercise.
