Targets: Core muscles, hip and spine mobility, shoulder strength and stability.
What it does:
Full body flexibility training. Short and intense sequences, to create fast blood flow paired with dynamic stretch combinations.
Total body blast, this class is designed to increase flexibility using big powerful repetitive movements.
Who can take this class: suitable for everyone, once you have one or two 50/60 min barre classes under your belt absolutely start adding in any ESSENTIALS class. Your instructor will also guide you as to which they think you specifically need.
