What it does:
Not just for Barre newbies, 1st Barre is the fundamental of all our Barre training.
If you are new to Barre, come on in and find out what it's all about. This 60 minute class will introduce you and help you learn the signature exercises and how to train 'barre style'.
1st Barre is always consistent in it's content so the moves can become familiar in your body.
If you're just starting out make sure you grab the Intro Offer, 1st Barre is a great place to start.
Get a couple of these classes under your belt then start to add in ANY of the ESSENTIALS classes, if you need any help building your new routine your instructor is happy to guide you.
