What it does: This class helps you fire up and control the complex network of muscles that wraps around your entire torso, helping you build postural strength and spinal stability.
Who can take this class: suitable for everyone, once you have one or two 50/60 min barre classes under your belt absolutely start adding in any ESSENTIALS class. Your instructor will also guide you as to which they think you specifically need.
