What it does: Not just for Barre newbies, 1st Barre is the fundamental of all our Barre training.
In this 1st / Open Barre there may be some very small alternates for anyone stepping their training on just that little bit more, You'll be knocking out pliés, ballet stretches and some truly awesome core stability work in no time.
