This combination class brings together POWER exercises, ESSENTIAL set ups and big stretches into one 50 min class. This class is a great way to step into the POWER programme and plug together how technique meets power.
You'll need the technique and knowledge you get in your Barre training so we can layer power and stamina into these set ups and body grips.
