Welcome to Show Up North. A feel good, high energy, confidence boosting weekend packed with movement, music, conversation, socials, pop ups, fitness, nightlife and wellness. An atmosphere that stays with you long after Sunday.
Festival energy meets girls weekend, meets fitness and wellness. The fresh start you didn't realise you needed. All of it, in Newcastle, across one October weekend.
You'll move between some of the North East's best venues, studios and spaces trying new things, meeting new people, dancing, moving, laughing and learning. A weekend that reminds you what it feels like to do something just for yourself.
You do not need to have done any of this before. You do not need to arrive knowing anyone. You just need to show up.
