WHAT IS BARRE?

Barre is functional training.  

Barre is stability, mobility, bodyweight exercises.

 

It's strength training, weight bearing functional exercise. 

We focus on muscle function, recovery, injury  prevention, prehab / rehab.

It teaches you to use the machine that is your body in everyday life, in an efficient and useful way.

Barre is Learning how to control and understand your body.

The Barre  programme of classes are in three categories, Barre, ESSENTIALS & POWER

Barre classes are technical classes that are either fundamental and suitable for all through to our most advanced class

ESSENTIALS are exactly that, everything essential for your training and your body and suitable for anyone at any point in their training

POWER classes are intermediate, mainly in Barre knowledge.  Less technical and more punch and endurance and stamina is the name of the game 

PRICES
credits / subscriptions / memberships 

Classes are accessed by buying credits in single classes, bundles of credits, subscriptions or memberships.

This way no matter how often you can get in to studio you can choose a purchase option that gives you the most bang for you barre buck
