LIVE Cy-Barre- Classes are the ultimate way to take class in the comfort and convenience of your own home.

LOCKDOWN 2.0 has seen us increase the number of LIVE classes which now run 7 days a week.  

​

Camera on or camera off, it's your choice!  With your camera on your instructor can see you and can make corrections specifically to you just like in studio.  Our at home programme has been carefully adapted to bring you the best home Barre workout with virtually no equipment required.

In these classes you have two instructors, a teaching instructor and a demo instructor for visual queuing.
