 Re-hab & Re-vive

Sports massage is vital maintenance for those hard working, plié producing, attitude giving muscles.  These treatments can aid recovery from injury, help prevent injury, and re-vive tired limbs. Keeping you loose and limber for your Barre class is at the core of these sessions.

These treatments may include medical acupuncture, spinal manipulations, taping and cupping as appropriate.

"I can’t recommend Sarah highly enough. For someone to understand how important a sports massage is and how urgent it is to fix me when I’m broken is priceless.

Sarah always works to treat any niggles and understands that I need to be back training straight after. Alternative treatments like the cups and acupuncture are also amazing.

I would definitely say having a sports massage regularly improves my recovery and helps to keep me training"

Colin rides with @mucklecc and is a regular on the massage couch with @thebarreboss

Sometimes with Col it’s maintenance, sometimes there’s an ache, a stiffness or niggle that needs a little more focused work on.  Occasionally there might even be a knock or injury that needs some attention.

Colin trains hard on and off the bike, being very detailed focussed is super important for him as races can be won or lost by tenths of a second. This is why he puts time in to a detailed maintenance plan and fitness OFF the bike.
